• Knowledge Development (Online) — Start with PADI eLearning to understand diver stress, rescue techniques, emergency management, and equipment considerations.

• Confined Water Practice — Build your skills in a controlled environment where you’ll learn approaches, assists, and rescue techniques step by step.

• Open Water Scenarios — Put everything into action through realistic rescue exercises, from tired divers to missing diver searches to full‑scale emergency responses.

Who Can Join

To enroll, you’ll need:

• A PADI Advanced Open Water Diver certification (or equivalent)

• To be 12 years or older (Junior Rescue Diver for ages 12–14)

• A current First Aid & CPR certification (PADI Emergency First Response or equivalent)

• To be medically fit to dive and complete the RSTC Medical Statement

If you don’t yet hold a First Aid/CPR qualification, we can organise this for you.
