Your Rescue Diver journey blends online learning, skill development, and scenario‑based training that feels dynamic and real.
Knowledge Development (Online) — Start with PADI eLearning to understand diver stress, rescue techniques, emergency management, and equipment considerations.
Confined Water Practice — Build your skills in a controlled environment where you’ll learn approaches, assists, and rescue techniques step by step.
Open Water Scenarios — Put everything into action through realistic rescue exercises, from tired divers to missing diver searches to full‑scale emergency responses.
By the end, you’ll be able to manage situations with confidence and stay calm when it matters most.

Who Can Join
To enroll, you’ll need:
A PADI Advanced Open Water Diver certification (or equivalent)
To be 12 years or older (Junior Rescue Diver for ages 12–14)
A current First Aid & CPR certification (PADI Emergency First Response or equivalent)
To be medically fit to dive and complete the RSTC Medical Statement
If you don’t yet hold a First Aid/CPR qualification, we can organise this for you.
